1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of the InspirationED website, educational programs, workshops, events, and services.
By accessing our website, registering for a program, or attending an InspirationED event, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. About InspirationED
InspirationED Pty Ltd provides academic support programs, educational workshops, and resources for secondary school students.
Our services may include:

HSC preparation workshops
-
academic programs and masterclasses
-
online webinars and learning sessions
-
downloadable educational resources
-
live events and seminars
All services are delivered by experienced educators, teachers, or subject specialists.
3. Bookings and Registrations
Bookings for InspirationED programs may be made through our website or authorised booking platforms.
When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

student name
-
school
-
year level
-
contact information
Each booking is valid for the individual student registered. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from InspirationED.
4. Event Participation
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward presenters, staff, and other attendees.
InspirationED reserves the right to remove any participant from an event if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All educational materials provided through InspirationED programs, including:

workshop booklets

presentation slides
-
recordings
-
downloadable resources
-
notes and practice materials
are protected by copyright.
These materials are provided for personal educational use only.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission from InspirationED.
6. Event Refund Policy (Before the Event)
If you need to cancel a booking before the event, the following refund policy applies.
7 days or more before the event
A full refund will be provided.
5 to 6 days before the event
A 50% refund will be provided.
4 days or less before the event
No refund will be issued.
At this stage it is extremely difficult to fill the reserved seat.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee (Post Event)
InspirationED aims to provide high-quality educational programs.
If a participant attends the event and is not satisfied with the service, they may request a refund under the following conditions.
To be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee:

the participant must attend all sessions of the workshop or event
-
the participant must complete the full program
-
participation will be verified through attendance and use of the workshop booklet
If these conditions are met and the participant is genuinely dissatisfied with the program, InspirationED will provide a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event.
8. Event Changes
InspirationED reserves the right to modify event details where necessary, including:

venue changes
-
presenter changes
-
scheduling adjustments
-
minor content changes
If an event is cancelled by InspirationED, participants will receive either:

a full refund, or
-
the option to transfer their booking to another event.
9. Payment
Payments for programs and events are processed through secure payment providers.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
By completing a purchase, you authorise InspirationED to process payment for the selected service.
10. Limitation of Liability
While InspirationED makes every effort to provide accurate educational guidance and high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.
Participation in our programs does not guarantee improvement in grades, exam results, or ATAR outcomes.
InspirationED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in our programs.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during registrations or interactions with our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
